After you have submitted your paperwork and selected a date and time that works best for you. The last step is an email confirming your session.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we currently accept United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. We are in the process of adding Blue Cross Blue Shield LA and others.

Do you offer a sliding scale or student discounts?

Yes! We believe that a low economic status should not be a barrier to a Positive Headspace! We can offer a sliding scale to private pay based on income. We also offer student discounts with proof of enrollment. Please complete the form to get started.

What can I expect from a typical session?

I believe therapy is relational and will look different each week. After our first session, clients are relieved to talk to someone without feeling judged. I encourage clients to bring their authentic selves to sessions. I also believe that in therapy a wide range of emotions are beneficial to healing. Hey, laughter is good for the soul too! Sessions usually end with my clients feeling that their time was productive and well spent.
